Meet Pastors Dave & Renee Salgado — El Paso natives who once followed God’s call to Albuquerque, only to be called back home in 2017. What began as a step of faith has become Legacy Church: a place built on the belief that home isn’t just where you live, it’s where you’re called to lead, love, and grow together.

Stephon Bradley—

Minister Stephon Bradley serves as  the Legacy Church Secretary and  the Director of SQUAD, Legacy Church’s youth ministry. He has been part of Legacy Church for five years and has led SQUAD for the past year alongside his wife, Bre. With over 16 years of ministry experience, Stephon has a deep passion for music and teaching the Word of God. His heart for ministry is rooted in his love for people and the body of Christ, with a strong calling to teach and preach the Word. Stephon is passionate about serving others and being present for the people he leads. A fun fact about him is that he is part of the quartet, The Divine Souls. His life and leadership are guided by “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15).

Jacqueline Perez—

Jacqueline is blessed to serve as the Christian Education Director at Legacy Church. She considers it a true privilege to serve Jesus and make His name known. Her heart is to disciple the children of Legacy — helping them grow to be Christ-like and rooted in strong biblical foundations. Jacqueline believes wholeheartedly that this generation is a legacy that will continue to advance the kingdom of God.

She counts it an honor to serve alongside her God-fearing brothers and sisters who share the same vision: to share the gospel, demonstrate God’s love, and testify of His goodness. As Psalm 34:8 reminds us, “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” Jacqueline encourages everyone to give God their “yes” and experience a love like no other.

Cari Salgado—

Cari Salgado is the Band Director at Legacy Church. A talented drummer who began playing at just seven years old, Cari brings energy, excellence, and heart to every worship set. Her passion for music and love for God drive her to lead the team with creativity and purpose, helping others encounter His presence through powerful, Spirit-led worship

Javier Salgado—

Javier Salgado serves as the Director of Ushers at Legacy Church, a role he has faithfully held since 2013, the same year he began serving at Legacy. He fell in love and decided to follow the Lord at the young age of 14 alongside his brother, Pastor David, and has been passionate about ministry ever since. Javier has a heart to ensure that as the church continues to grow, every detail of ushering is covered with excellence and care. Known for being funny and the life of the party, he also enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with his wife, Mary, and their family. Those closest to him describe him as kind-spirited and dependable, someone you can always count on. His life and leadership are inspired by   (Psalm 118:26).  “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord; we bless you from the house of the Lord.”

David Salgado Jr.—

David Salgado Jr. serves as the Worship Leader at Legacy Church. With years of experience in vocal training and a deep passion for music ministry, David leads with authenticity and heart. His desire is to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s presence and experience true freedom through worship.

LEGACY security DIRECTOR

Ramon Salgado—

Ramon Salgado serves as the Director of Security at Legacy Church, a role he has faithfully held for the past two years, after being part of Legacy for four years. He carries a strong responsibility to ensure the safety of everyone who enters the church, from children to all attendees, approaching his role with seriousness, excellence, and care. Ramon’s passion for security ministry began while serving at Anthony Apostolic Church under Pastor Mark, where he first developed and grew in this calling. His heart is to see the security team unified, working together seamlessly, and ensuring that everything flows as it should. Outside of ministry, Ramon has spent many years working as a truck driver and enjoys going to the gym. His life and leadership are guided by “Y dijo el señor al siervo: Ve por los caminos y por los vallados, y fuérzalos a entrar, para que se llene mi casa.” / “Then the master said to the servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.’” (Luke 14:23).


LEGACY tech + Creative DIRECTOR

Isabella Salgado—

Isabella serves as the Director of Tech and Creative Ministries at Legacy Church. Passionate about innovation and storytelling, she uses digital media to help share the message of Jesus in fresh, creative ways. With a strong drive for learning and teaching others, Isabella is dedicated to growing the church’s reach and inspiring new audiences to connect through technology, design, and creativity.
